With Companies House verification requirements becoming mandatory from 18th November, we’ve developed and released Cryptographic Checks in Firmcheck, supporting you to meet these requirements.
❓What does this mean?
Cryptographic Checks allow firms to verify the authenticity of an individual’s passport by reading the embedded NFC chip via our Firmcheck mobile app. When combined with biometric verification or existing passport records, this makes it simple to complete Companies House verification alongside AML compliance.
Combined with our bulk document OCR, firms can now complete their verifications quickly and efficiently, well ahead of the deadline.
The best part? Cryptographic Checks are free and included in all Compliance Plan subscriptions.
