Joiin Expands Its Integration Ecosystem with New Fortnox Connection
Joiin has announced a new integration with Fortnox, giving businesses and accounting firms the ability to bring Fortnox financial data directly into Joiin for consolidated reporting, budgeting and forecasting. The update is particularly significant for firms working with clients across Sweden and the Nordic region, where Fortnox is a widely used accounting platform.
The integration enables Fortnox data to synchronise automatically with Joiin, eliminating the need for manual exports and spreadsheet-based consolidation processes. Once connected, firms can create consolidated Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, Trial Balance and KPI reports across multiple entities while combining data from other accounting platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks and Sage.
A key advantage for accountants and advisors is the ability to report across groups that use different accounting systems. This can simplify reporting for international businesses and multi-entity organisations while supporting more efficient budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes. The integration also includes automated daily synchronisation and secure read-only access, ensuring financial data remains up to date.
For firms providing advisory services, the new connection creates additional opportunities to deliver consolidated reporting and deeper financial insights without increasing manual workload.
