FuseSign now integrates with Sodium, helping UK accounting firms connect client management, practice workflows and digital signing while continuing to use specialist tools.
FuseSign is now integrated with Sodium, giving UK accounting firms a more connected
way to manage client work and document signing across two specialist platforms.
Sodium is a UK-based practice management platform built for accountants. Firms can
use it to manage clients and workflows, while FuseSign provides digital signing as part
of the connected process.
Document signing touches many areas of an accounting practice. Engagement letters,
tax documents, financial statements, compliance forms and client approvals all need
to reach the right people, collect the required signatures and return to the wider
workflow.
When signing sits outside that workflow, teams may need to move between systems,
repeat steps and manually keep track of progress. The FuseSign and Sodium integration
is designed to reduce that friction by keeping client management, workflow activity and
signing better connected.
For firms, this means they can continue managing work in Sodium while using FuseSign
for the signing experience. It reduces unnecessary steps between progressing a job and
requesting signatures, while creating a clearer process for both the practice and its
clients.
The integration also reflects a best-of-breed approach to accounting technology. Rather
than asking firms to replace proven applications with one platform that attempts to
cover every function, it connects two focused tools designed for different parts of the
workflow.
The partnership was shaped by feedback from accountants already using and
recommending FuseSign.
“When we asked accountants which platform they preferred for e-signatures, one name
kept coming up again and again: FuseSign.” - Duane Jackson, Founder of Sodium
Sodium aims to work with specialist applications that accounting firms already know
and use. Connecting FuseSign allows practices to retain that choice while making
digital signing a more seamless part of managing client work.
The launch also adds to FuseSign's growing ecosystem of accounting and practice
management integrations. Today, 82% of FuseSign customers are connected to at least
one other application, while more than half use two or more integrations.
Those figures point to the value firms place on connected technology. The goal is not
simply to add more tools, but to reduce duplicated work, improve consistency and help
each part of the technology stack contribute to a coherent workflow.
“Sodium is a valuable addition to our growing UK partner ecosystem, helping firms
connect the systems they rely on.” - Jon Melloy, Head of Partnerships & Marketing at
FuseSign.
The FuseSign and Sodium integration is now available to UK accounting firms looking to
connect practice management and digital signing without giving up the specialist tools
that suit their way of working.
