FYI is five!

Since Xero dubbed FYI the 'App to Watch in 2019,' the company has celebrated its 5th birthday this month, marking substantial progress. Originating in 2016, FYI aimed to build the world's most efficient document management and process automation engine.

Founder Rob's journey began in 1997, establishing the first paperless office and envisioning a tool to simplify accountants' lives. Over two decades, FYI delivered top-tier efficiency globally.

In 2019, Xero's prediction proved right, leading to rapid growth with 100 partners and 1000 users within a year. International expansion followed, accompanied by transformative innovations in email autofiling, process automation, and e-learning.

The user base surged from 1000 in 2019 to 22,509 today. FYI's support team efficiently handled 27,396 tickets, maintaining 99.99% uptime over 5 years.

The recent launch of 'Elite' signifies a new era, promising continuous improvements like Time and Billing, Practice Reporting, AutoTime, Forms, and more. Grateful for the support from partners and users, FYI sees this as just the beginning.
