According to the findings, 62% of UK business leaders are creating or planning new roles in response to AI, while another 22% are reshaping existing roles to incorporate AI capabilities.
Many of these roles focus on helping teams integrate AI into everyday workflows, manage AI-powered tools and ensure outputs are accurate and reliable. Rather than replacing workers, the trend highlights how organisations are seeking people who can collaborate with AI to improve productivity and decision-making.
