FuseSign launches Microsoft SharePoint integration for accounting firms

FuseSign is now integrated with Microsoft SharePoint, giving accounting firms a more connected way to get documents signed without disrupting how they already manage their files.

For many firms, particularly in the UK, SharePoint is the foundation of document management. Client files, engagement letters and finalised work are stored there, often having been created across several different systems.

When signing happens outside that setup, teams can end up handling the same document more than once and filing the result by hand. The FuseSign and SharePoint integration is designed to reduce that friction, so signing becomes one more step in the workflow rather than a detour from it.

For firms, that means less time on admin, a lower risk of signed documents going missing or being saved in the wrong place, and a more consistent record of completed work. Their own clients still receive one clear FuseSign bundle to review and sign.

The integration also reflects a best-of-breed approach to accounting technology. Rather than replacing proven tools, firms can connect the ones that suit them and let each do its job.

The launch was shaped by what firms were asking for.
